Arch performed project management, coordinating installations and maintenance with subtrades, maintaining the schedule, and exercising value engineering.

Key to this project was stakeholder communication. Arch project managers communicated internally with 5 City of Burnaby departments to satisfy end-user demands. Additionally, Arch prepared tender documents with the inclusion of new technology to permit cost savings.
