The Arch PMO team was requested by the City to assist in expediting the demolition of 5 city owned properties in preparation for the new non-market housing development that will take place in 2024.

Arch prepared the tender documents, expedited the necessary permits from the various departments and performed project management and construction management, supervising, and inspecting the demolition of the residential buildings.

Arch managed to complete the tender process within a very short period to meet budget cycle requirements and overall project schedule and budget.
