Arch performed program management, coordinating drawings among departments and sequencing 4 unique tender processes, each with its own schedule.

Key to this project was stakeholder communication. Arch project managers coordinated internally with City of Burnaby planning, transportation, engineering and purchasing departments to satisfy all stakeholder requirements.

Arch also successfully communicated and coordinated with external stakeholders, navigating Metro Van legislative requirements for working in proximity to their infrastructure, and communicating with multicultural residents.
