A known roadblock to development is that utility providers can have expected drawing production times of up to 18 months. With strong relationships to the utility providers, the Arch PMO team shortened the expected drawing turnaround date by 7 months, and in some cases received drawing revisions on the same day.

For 4 unique development sites, Arch prepared the tender documents and performed project management and construction management, supervising, and inspecting the third-party utilities and road construction.

Arch successfully communicated with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating with consultants, Metro Van, and City of Burnaby Traffic and Transportation departments Arch project managers maintained the schedule.
