PROJECT SUMMARY

At Arch Engineers, we played a pivotal role in the development of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP) for the WoodfibreLNG project in Squamish, BC. This project included the engineering and construction of a 100-meter long precast floating breakwater and a 40-meter personnel dock. Our engineers carried out an extensive market analysis to evaluate the local manufacturing and fabrication capabilities, ensuring the feasibility and sustainability of sourcing materials and labor locally for the project. 

In addition to the market analysis, our team executed detailed quantity surveying which integrated an ASCE Level 2 Schedule and Class 4 Budget into the Construction Execution Plan. This comprehensive planning provided WoodfibreLNG with a clear and actionable roadmap, detailing every phase of the construction process from material procurement and fabrication to transportation and installation. Our strategic approach not only streamlined project execution but also furnished the client with a detailed budget and a realistic schedule, setting clear expectations and facilitating efficient project management and execution.
