Arch Engineers prepared the tender package for the precast concrete utility conduit for the California High Speed Rail project. To complete the tender documents our team of in-house engineers collaborated with contract design engineers providing specifications, vendor qualifications (financial and manufacturing capacity), RFP submission evaluations and vendor recommendations, party to contract negotiations. An ASCE Level 3 Schedule and a Class 2 Budget.
