Arch Engineers led the residential demolition of five city-owned properties, supporting the City’s fast-tracked effort to prepare the site for new non-market housing in 2024. Our Project Management Office (PMO) took charge of preparing tender documents, expediting permits from multiple departments, and managing both project and construction aspects. Early coordination helped keep the demolition on schedule and within budget.
Our PMO team quickly managed the tender process to meet budget cycles and adhere to the overall schedule. We worked closely with city officials and regulatory bodies to secure timely approvals and permits. This cooperation ensured no delays interrupted the demolition timeline. In addition, strict oversight of administrative tasks helped control costs and reduce risks.
During the residential demolition, Arch Engineers maintained close supervision and performed regular site inspections. We communicated consistently with the demolition crews to enforce safety and environmental standards. Moreover, our team adapted rapidly to any unexpected issues, supporting a smooth and efficient demolition process. This proactive approach allowed the contractor to exceed expectations while meeting all regulatory requirements. The project demonstrated Arch Engineers’ strength in combining engineering expertise with effective project management.
