The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“the Act”) regulates the way private sector organizations within British Columbia collect, use, keep, secure and disclose personal information. “Personal Information” means all information about an identifiable individual. Arch Engineers (“Arch”) is committed to protecting your privacy. It is Arch’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, archengineers.com, and other communications we may engage in with you.

It serves as a framework for our commitment to respecting human rights in all aspects of our business operations.

- Conduct regular reviews of our operations to ensure compliance with international human rights principles and standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and partners who share our commitment to upholding human rights and adhere to similar standards in their operations.
5. Reporting and Accountability
Employees, contractors, and partners are encouraged to report any human rights concerns or violations to their immediate supervisor or through our confidential reporting channels. All reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
6. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness in promoting and protecting human rights within Arch Engineers, considering evolving international standards and practices.
